I left out the potatoes and served it with creamy polenta. I did put the fish in frozen, and covered with a lid, it was done in about 30 minutes. Will be making this again for sure! Thanks Nagi!

For example, it is 2x80g for two people, but 4x160g for four people.

If you have a dish that you can put it in that fits.. yes! May need to turn down the temp after cooking the spuds. I did mine in my breville bench oven on roast (not turning on my big oven for one portion) but could make it work in an air fryer.

Again thank you! Easy to adapt for one, cooking timing on point (although I cooked the Barra filet for 7 minutes as it was thin… didn’t matter as the rest was cooked). Almost no dishes and gourmet worthy on a Tuesday night after a long day at work.
