I fully support your stance Nagi. To be silent is to be complicit. Too often big corporations bluff their way through with intimidation and legalise. This “influencer “ has blatantly plagiarised your hard earned work and must be held accountable.

So sorry to hear this Nagi, I tell everyone about yours and your Mums sites as you have the best recipes but this is not the first time I have heard of authors having to fight publishing houses for this in Australia good for you standing up for something that is soooo important

Nagi, You have shown such courage & determination in pursuing this! It’s just plain dishonest and the publishers know better. Most influencers are a”a flash in the pan!” They want quick rewards “monetary gain” for very little effort but their own self adoration. We all stand with you on this. I’ll make sure that I check any publisher’s name on any book I read in future. I know which one I’ll avoid!

Hi Nagi, You are always so generous with your great recipes that fill my in box each week , i think you are amazing and i love your cookbooks , i think it is so unfair as to what you are going through at the moment, you have my full support and i think totally you are doing the right thing.

Surely there is a Law firm out there with the courage and commitment to handle this pro bono for the benefit of all. Struggling authors and the general public alike need to have confidence that when something is published, it is what is claimed. That is an ORIGINAL piece of work, not a copy of someone else’s or worse still some AI program.

Go to Go fund me and the media and I think you would be surprised how many people would gladly support you and your selfless act of charity to have any proceeds from any settlement given to a worthy cause Good luck Fiona And Colin Spearman x
