Hi Nagi,
Thank you for this super easy and delicious recipe. I’ve made this several times now and it never fails. One time, I tried taking it to the next level by browning the garlic in some olive oil and roasting the broccoli in the oven. It wasn’t bad but of course I went over the 12 minute limit.

PS. I’m totally rooting for you on the whole plagiarism mess! Go get her!

This was absolutely delicious and so easy to make. I used fresh parsley and thyme, white wine vinegar and mozzarella & pecorino romano because that’s what I had at home. The fridge was empty only a broccoli left and I was still able to make a fantastic lunch! I also used the stem of the broccoli just cut it up into tiny pieces and added it a minute or two before the florets. No waste!

I’ve made this before and it was ok but tonight I made it and OMG it was so good! I must have followed the recipe better this time because it was to die for, my whole family couldn’t eat enough of it! Thanks for another ripper Nagi 🙂
