Was gifted a heap of basil and didn’t know what to do with it. This was fabulous, so tasty (and easy)… now plan to get some basil plants ourselves so we can have regularly.

I cut up a chicken breast, added punnet of halved tomatoes and lightly pan fried it with this pesto pasta… Utterly delicious !

Made this today along with your pesto recipe. Amazing! I’ve made a number of other pesto recipes but this is the bomb. The tip of using some pasta water was pure genius. Thanks for yet another great recipe.
