It was so yummy and better than restaurant fried rice. When I ordered Asian I usually ask for boiled rice as their fried rice tends to stick in my throat (that’s the feeling), this recipe doesn’t do that and it was delicious, thanks Nagi once again for an amazing dish that doesn’t leave you out of pocket, doesn’t leave you thinking I just don’t have time and gives you a really favourable dish that you ‘can’ make successfully.

Hi Ailsa. If you look at the top of the actual recipe (in the blue rectangle that has a circle with a picture of the finished dish), you’ll see that where it says the number of servings, it also says ‘TAP OR HOVER’.

It’s a little bit tricky, so you might need to try doing it several times. But if you can get that to open up you can slide along a line that will then show you the quantity of ingredients needed for various serving sizes.

Be aware though, that once you do that, the quantities shown can be very difficult to actually measure. For example, if might say 1/8th of a teaspoon. Still, it’s useful to scale things to suit your needs.

Made exactly as per recipe but added some whisked eggs I fried off earlier. Sensational flavour and texture minus the hassle of a normal fried rice. Served with char sui pork. Definitely do again.
