Very delicious. I made it with a kilo of potatoes and upped the other veg ingredients accordingly plus 200g green beans. I browned the onions and a kilo of sausages and put everything in the slow cooker (have bad oven) with double the gravy for 4 hours on high. Removed all the ingredients and poured the gravy into a saucepan. Added a cornflour slurry and it was the perfect consistency and flavour. The sausages and veg were all perfectly cooked. This dish is so versatile and I can’t wait to make it again with different flavoured sausages. I think the sausages and veg you use make a huge difference to the overall flavour even though the gravy is delicious. Going to make the artisan bread now for tonight’s leftovers.
